User Charts Missing Options (TDW)
 

Hey Im new so forgive me for the lots of questions I have. I am using the latest full version of TDW UI. This includes enhanced ship recognition correct? When I click on the charts button it does not give me an option to see the advanced recognition manual.....

Does pushing the E key do anything? That's how I see it.
