Help Needed to by pass Uplay
 

Hey guys back again after some time.
Stop playing due to computer crashing all the time and was unable to fix.
But couple of years latter the need for some carnage has got the better of me and have decide to buy a new pc.
Have installed Silent Hunter then started getting my head around all the mods and decided to start downloading all the latest ones as the other may be out of date.
Decided to uninstall then reinstall and start fresh.
Donated $25 for all the help this site has giving me in the passed and download the monster mods available for download.
Wow so many and want to do with them.
Was planning on backing up before any mods where installed.
Anyway cant even get that far as Uplay keeps crashing prior to the game starting. (Worked ok the first time!)
Can someone please tell me how to by pass Uplay all together.

Unfortunately Uplay cannot be bypassed as it acts as a validation process each time you load your game.

2 things that I would suggest anyone to do.

First change your SH5 .exe application icon to run as an administrator.

Second go to your Program x86 folder

Ubisoft folder

Ubisoft Game Launch folder

Go to the first Ubisoft.exe application icon and change it to run as an administrator.

You just might find that this makes a difference?

Thanks Grey Wolf. This did the trick.
Cant remember the game being so dependent on uplay before.
Was sure there was a mod to bypass as well and make the game load quicker, but must of been dreaming.
Thought i brought the game and not just hired it where i need an internet connection to play.
Ubisoft have a lot to answer for.
Anyway thank you all for your support once again and look forward to sinking a few ships once i get all these mods sorted out.
