New To The Series; Graphical Mod Advice
 

Greetings,

After checking reviews, this seems to be the best rated sub game available to date. I haven't even began a game yet because I want to begin with best graphics possible. I spent a half hour looking for help but all of the graphical mod recommendations I can find are years old.

I am running GTX 780. Can someone inform me what mod(s) I should be running to get the best graphics on my machine? It would be ideal if there is a supermod type graphical mod but whatever is going to make it look best is what I am hoping for. I am eager to get this looking beautiful and begin my maiden voyage.

P.S. Is there any other mods I should also grab before starting?

SH5 will give you the best graphics in game play and you can add additional mods that will enhance it further.

As you may discover the SH series is more than a visual game.

SH3 with a good gpu and with the addition of GWX 3.0 and SH3 Commander + its cfg patch for a 10 year old game is still in my opinion for what it is worth unbeatable for game playing.

SH4 has good graphics and again for its age with a good gpu offers the player an alternative to SH3 and SH5 as an American in the Pacific.

Even with SH4 there is still German game play available.

Both SH4 and SH5 have specific mods that will enhance your game play.
