GWX3 Map question
 

Hello all, I just have a simple question. I recently installed GWX3 and I noticed that the map no longer has the ship/convoy direction lines. I read in an earlier thread here that there is a mod that will bring back these direction lines, along with the friendly/neutral/enemy box colors. I so far have had no luck in finding this mod. Could someone point me in the right direction? I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, I'm new here.

P.S. Why is my crew so stupid that if I don't tell them to hold their fire, they'll attack friendly ships with the deck gun?

You can get a coloured contact mod for gwx. Reasonably certain its in the Downloads section.

GWX has a pull-down map on your nav screen that shows convoy routes. Top left corner i think it is


PPS. Because you told them to fire at will and they obey orders :P

He meant the course indicator line of the icon. Not the map itself. Unfortunately I don't know where to find this, as I never used it myself. I dont like to know the exact direction they are movint to. I like the bit of uncertainty. Maybe someone else knows the exact place where to download it from.

I always secure the deck gun and make sure it isn't manned, so I've never had that problem. As to why they do that, I don't know.
