Hi my name's kev I am 30 and from the UK I started playing silent hunter 4 bk in 09 and I thought it was great I just loved hunting the Japanese it was great fun Ok I did have it on 0% realism but due to me having a pc hick up I couldn't play it anymore but now that I am building a pc for star citizen I have gone and got the silent hunter series and am loving them they are so rewarding and unlike a lot of games about tactics and not just running about like a headless chicken cos u can just respewn if u die but can someone please explain the manual aiming I have had Gd success with hitting my targets by working out their speed then working out my torpedo solution aob distance speed my question is is the bearing the number on the ruler helper tool if u darw a line along the ships course and read the number at the bk of the helper and do you use the bearing and add 90 to get a 90 degree attack on your target and is there any chance anyone can tell me what are the best mods for silent hunter 3 4 and 5 graphics and realism and how to patch and install them any help will be most appreciated looking forward to chatting to all the fans of these amazing games lang lede silent hunter

Sounds like you are having fun with it. Just a word of advice, you may want to post here in sentences. That first post was a little hard to read as it all ran together.Just makes it easier for folks to read here and if they can do that, they will be more apt to help.
