But at least we don't have to worry if a chest of drawers is female, and a woman's drawers male, or heavens above - neither! And plurals are pretty easy too. :03:

George Bernard Shaw was an avid proponent of spelling reform. He made a case that, given existing spelling of other words, the word 'fish' should be spelled 'ghoti':

A neuter. A thing without any gender. And the best thing is there are no rules why a word would be masculine, feminine or neuter (which triggers one of the three corresponding noun markers, you only have one: "the"). You have to learn that with the vocabulary.:yeah:

Heck, even many of the English have trouble with the English language :)
