Radar and other equipment from beggining

Is there mod that will let you have all equipment from beginning no matter the date ?

i need especialy radar bad i will be glad for other equipment.

i need something that wont require you to start new campaing.

idk if this help Free Upgrades mod but i don't know if this mod will enable all updates att the beginis of the game... what i know it's that will alow u to upgrates without any renov cost ...

Yes.. you can use Equipment Upgrade Fix by TheBeast.. all the upgrades from day one..

It's impossible.. a campaign restart is required for all the equipment mods..

Here's the 3 download links for Equipment upgrades for you, GorkanHawke. [INF] sobers mega mod. Go to post #2 about 2/5 down the page. Enable Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 (available by date) V9 by sober last in the equipment group mods if you show up as they did in the war.
