Weird problem

I just encountered a weird problem where a post I made ten minutes ago had it's date wrong. :hmmm:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...98#post1969198

Post #4217 is dated 1 December, but I made it today, at around 13:46 (Dec 2),
this moved the post to a wrong spot. It should've been post #4220, just after
Spike88's post.

EDIT: Might add that after frantically pressing buttons, I got a "Token has expired" error of some sort.
Also, at the time of making the problematic post, Spike88 was shown as online, yet he's been offline
for some hours (12hrs or so).

You been on the draught porridge? :)

Another weird problem. This just started a couple of days ago. Previously when I read a post and then clicked 'New Posts' the blue square with the arrow next to last posters name would change to show it was read. This no longer happens, no matter how many times I go to that post. :hmmm:

That's it...I'm callin' in a bomb threat. :O:

Message notification updates have stopped working at my end but this could be down to my email provider.

Just sent a test email from one of my Hotmail accounts and it arrived straight away...looks like the problem could be at the SubSim end :hmmm:

Have you reported the fault to Neal?

No. Actually it seems to be working now, kinda. I just tried it and posts I read a while ago now show that they've been read. It just seems to take longer to indicate. Doesn't seem like a big enough problem to bother Neal with. It may be at my end and will clear up eventually. I'll give it awhile.

Right now I'm off to watch Grandson play hockey.:salute:

Enjoy :sunny:

Thanks for reporting, I think it may have been due to the mail server being down... let me know if this persists.

Neal
