CTD problem with my modsoup. Help?!
 
Hello all, :salute:

I had this save where i just had sunken one merchant ship and after that i moved my uboat about 100km's away (if i remember right) from the place where this merchant ship sunk. Then I saved to that location.

But after i tryed to load this game later i got CTD (sh3.exe crashes) just when everything was about done loading. I even got the 'not so long ago...' message and almost got the game loaded and then i get the CTD. Earlier save where i haven't sunken any ships yet worked and loaded just fine though.

Maybe somebody can point out which mod might be causing it or maybe its not a mod what is causing it at all... go figure. If not, then i'll just start over a new career and see, if i get the same problem again.

Im pretty sure the TDW mods have to be installed into SH3.. Not in the jsgme in ur sh3 folder. Thats why they say SHcommander at the end of them in paranthesis.

Yes, correct! With this MOD enabled you become continuously CTD´s, me too! Please try without the MOD "TheDarkWraith_DC_Water_Disturbance_v4_0_SH3" enabled and report again whether your problem is solved!

hi, i think you may be running out of memory, you may be loading too many things-WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010, Aces' St.Nazaire Super Pens v5.1 GWX Version, and FM interiors are huge mods, I would try with out these two and see. If you cant stand to loose FM interiors try with out subpens:salute:

Hello again and thanks for all the helpful posts.

Once i took the TheDarkWraith_DC_Water_Disturbance_v4_0_SH3 mod away and then tryed to load a game after i had sunken a merchant ship, it loaded now just fine. Everything works fine now.
So hopefully it now stays that way. (atleast till i start to stir my modsoup with some other mods) :haha:
Nah, am gonna stay with these mods for now.

Somebody figured out how to prevent DC disturb. to CTD Sh3?
This piece of mod is absolutely crucial for me to be "subsimed"
Just bailed out from Sh4 to Sh3 again,because there was a problem with mision obejectives after load previously saved game.
Now in SH3 CTD.
Damn it Sh5 is too scripted and heavy on hardware for my likes so i will not go there... yet.
