sh3 poweful deck gun or nuclear torp mod
hey guys im looking for a mod to make my torps or deck gun more poweful.... im gonna have some fun with it before i do my reinstall when i get my new disc... any ideas?... or what do i edit?

Grab a copy of S3D (http://s3d.skwas.com/) and have a look in the GUNS_SUB.sim file. For a gun tweak I borrowed an ID number from SHELLS.sim to be able to fire a larger projectile.
Unsure about nukifying torpedoes, I've only ever boosted the explosive power of my torpedoes a small bit. Anyway, have a look in Torpedo.sim to see what you can modify there. Root directory to find those file: <SH3 install folder>\data\Library Make sure to use JSGME and create a directory (<SH3 install>\MODS\YourMod) for your modifications, in case something breaks. :yep: |

First of all sorry for the very very late question....
i have S3D and could work with it if someone could point out the changes needed for: 1.more effective deck gun (damage wise) 2.faster reload time 3.more ammo Thanx in advance |

At least you're asking a genuine question.
Using SH3 commander, you can edit the deck gun reload time. The basic.cfg file that comes with SH3C can be modified to hold however many shells you want. Unsure how to change firepower. Quote:
