The Gauges interferring w crew slots TMO1.9

Hi all. A probable already mentioned isssue but since I cant find anything on the matter I have to ask nicely.:06:

The trigger maru 1.9 is a real gem but there are some things I do not know how to deal with.

If you have a late boat having Heavy AA onboard (2 x 40mm Bofors) you need 4 crew members to man them. Now, the compass/engine telegraph and depth meter actually obscures the slots where to put those crew members. Its is very difficult getting them in place for action and even worse trying to remove them for other duties since the mentioned gauges "expand" if touched by the cursor.

I need moving those guys around during patrol, specially if short of repair crew and "Hogans alley" already empty due to other circumstances.:88)

Cheers

Try the "." key on the number pad. It will hide the gauges, press it again to make them come back.

Additonal option

Here is a secret. If you do not have a keyboard with a numbers key pad, here is how to proceed:
1. Tap the Fn key (next to the Ctrl key)
2. Tap the Ins/NumLk key (next to the Del key)
This activates the Numbers pad on the keyboard.
3. Tap the period (".") key
The ship dials drop away.
4. Man the anti aircraft gun, etc.
5. Tap the Ins/Num Lk key to restore the ship dials.
6. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to disable the Numbers key pad.
Viola! Problem solved!

Tip: If you do not perform step no. 6, hitting various keys will will produce numbers that TMO 1.9 will not recognize, plus every time you hit the period (".") key the dials will continue to disappear/reappear, etc. until the Numbers pad is disabled.

Secret: I figured the above out by visiting a forum in Windows Vista and reading posts from Microsoft Managers on this issue, as I have a standard keyboard without a numbers key pad.
