Can't watch from work with the boss lurking nearby, so just tell me - how many out of 100 were written by George Lucas?

Weiss Pinguin 01-22-10 04:41 PM

I'm guessing at least 101 :rotfl2:

*sigh*

Sounds about right. In the immortal words of Harrison Ford,

"You can type this stuff, George, but you sure as sh*t can't say it!"

Ya know, some of these, in the context of the complete scene/movie, aren't really that bad.

But taken out of context they're pretty hilarious.

Edit: okay they lost me with the LOTR one because that is the *one* scene in the whole trilogy that always, always, makes me cry.

Yeah, I'm a girl. So sue me. :P

Thank you, sir, I am doing well and very pleased finally to make your acquaintance in a, shall we say, official manner. Of course I have seen you about the establishment now and again, but being naturally shy and possessed of a somewhat demure demeanor,* have been hesitant to impose myself on your conversations with others until a suitable moment presented itself, which it seems to have done at last. :DL

* The rest of you can stop laughing now, thank you very much.

Why thank you indeed, and the like to you my lady. Well i must confess what joy to have a proper address with such elegance, your delightful charm affords me another source of satisfaction, of which i shall embrace, by offering you a toast, " To good health, and friendship". Ahh vintage wine good stuff, i trust that was fine?? Very well, i should not rather choose to hinder one much longer, now we are sufficently acquainted. I should wish many sensible posts as this. :yep: Bye your leave, Good Day Madame.

Well this is certainly better than someone just drunkenly wobbly on by, stopping and yelling "OI!! Bird! Fancy a shag"* :D

*not saying that the previous posts were anything like that, it just seems funny in my head
