Activation Key Problem
 

Hi!
Bought Silent Hunter: Wolves of the Pacific U-Boat Missions from the Ubisoft digital store back when it first came out. That was Feb 28, 2008. Loaded U-boat Missions with no problems. Using the activation key provided. Ran great even added a mod or two.
In the last year or so I have upgraded to a different computer (running Vista) and now I want to reload Silent Hunter 4 and U-boat Missions. Loading of Silent Hunter4 no problem even went to the menu in the game. Then I loaded U-boat Missions. The problem didn't start till I started the game and it went to the activation screen. I entered the key that I found in my account or I should say sent to me through e-mail. I get an error message that says,
"You have entered an invalid Unlock Code: unlock code has invalid format"
So does anyone know what I should do now?
I have tried to re-download the add-on but the Download Manager provided by Ubisoft directs you to Direct2Drive and Direct2Drive doesn't know that I have purchased it. Please understand that my Ubisoft account shows that I have purchased a digital copy of U-Boat Missions. So, what is a wayward Klazon to do?:cry:
