Well you will need the Fleet Command Database Editor 5.1.2, this program is available from Fleet Command Download Category. :cool:

The editor will allow you to edit the Data Base files of the game, i.e. you can change the weapon loads of a warship/sub/aircraft, change the speed, change the damage valves, and a lot more. :salute:
