Saw this posted on another forum, thought that I'd relay it here. Newegg is having a sale on several games, and SH4 is on their list:

At this point, not sure if this is the U-boat mission pack or the whole game, it's sort of ambiguous.

Got my copy in the mail, it's the original game, not U-boat missions.

That's what I thought. But the other pics and the written part show it as the whole enchilada.

I bought SH4 Gold UBM $29.99 :wah:

The sticker says "Sh4 Required" but like you say the pics show fleet boat interiors.

If you look at the "Specification" tab for that product it has the same UPC code as the US version of Silent Hunter 4 without the Addon but the picture of the box is not the same.

For $7.99 it couldn't hurt to just buy a copy and find out for sure. I've already got Gold, so I'm not tempted.:sunny:

I would be interested in seeing the game which spawned SH4.

You can get it from Amazon for less than $5 now, or for $10 you can get a two-fer paired with SH2. Best of all, if you follow the Subsim Store link Neal gets a kickback. I don't know how much he gets from a five-buck purchase, but hey, every little bit helps.

Its ok, FW... I ordered a copy of the Uboat missions several days ago and will grab SH3 after that. I understand an attachment of that sort completely! <G>
