Sold, to a good fellow in LaPorte, but sold none the less. :cry: I've had this bike since 1991, I'm going to miss it. If anyone asks me why I'm selling it I'll jump out the window. :dead:

As someone who always feels like a traitorous heel when I leave an old car with all it's memories behind in the lot as I drive away in a new one, I know how you feel. :cry:

I miss those days myself - every time I renew my license I keep the M endorsement - though with kids now I know it will be many a year before I ride again. I don't drink - but I'll hoist one in spirit with you Neal.

No worries, she is going to a good home and a loving family who love to take her on day trips. Much like yourself. I'm sure you sent her off with all her shots and paperwork.

A cost effective solution...buy an old unloved one and get her flying again... it's then impossible to get rid of.
