very weird problem
 

Well starting again playing sh3 gwx with few other mods is really great joy but i got some really strange problem.First - the mods that i have enabled are as follows :

gwx 2.1
gwx open gatch
gwx enchaced dmg effects
olce adjusted gwx2.1 crew skins
olc gui special
olce2
also using sh3commnader

everything seems to be working fine but when i started a carreer in (wedegen flotila (the one that starts at kionsberg(spl)) with type VII but as i start the patrol i keep getting radio massages every few seconds that my base changes to kiel and then again to kionsberg.Its not big problem but isnt very nice getting so much radio traffic .

u will get only msgs which are essential to ure job, getting the whole polencampain when resume a game with a saved game is heartbraking.

and most important install the GWX_2.1 Minorfix:

and u get rid of the loops starting the career in Königsberg.

Oh i forgot one trick to stop getting any radio msgs : go into the crewmanagement and leave the radio open (no crewmember in the slot) :lol:

well i installed the fix and started a new career but the problem keeps insisting.I would get out the radioman but i like the massages that fellow kaleuns and bdu sends.(except that one with the basechanging)

how about end the current patrouille and start next one based at Kiel ?

i still get the changing bases msg after 2 years gametime once when i load a saved game once but no more permanent every few seconds. 1st patrouille is a training anyway cause lack of war. u just wont get the points from patrolling the grid.

well i will try to go to kiel . hope it works.

? goto kiel - hit esc and select end patrol thats it

the whole thing is getting weirder and weirder.I will uninstall the whole game and install everything again.

hey before u start put gwx on top of the stock sh3 consider to take advantage of the nice utility MultiSH3:

i use it to keep gwx for playing and test WAC 3.0

Get the GWX 2.1 bugfix
That will cure that base change issue
Also when playing in Konigsberg you will get a message telling you to dock on the 4\5th
When you dock TRANSFER to the 1st or 2nd using the telephone

That will give you a start date around the 24th August ready to be in position for war

IF the 7th is your chosen flotilla you can always transfer back after a couple of patrols

No need to uninstall

well i forgot to check this morning the forums so already deleted it :hmm:

Installed everything again and it is working fine.
