It just isn't fair to expect other posters to read the minds of future readers and know precisely what details those later readers have a peculiar interest in. Unless someone has asked a question specifically about statistics, it is highly unlikely that an existing thread would contain this information...
It's doubtful that any statistical data has been recorded by or for DW in the first place...I can't think of any statistics generated by or for DW or SC at all... The best you might be able to do (that I can think of, anyway) is check with a virtual fleet; if they had any records, for example, from an automated scoring system, they might be able to generate win-loss statistics for matchups in SC and DW for you to compare. Assuming they want to take the time anyways. There is no harm in asking... but if you are going to ask publicly, please do search for an appropriate thread to post the question in before starting a new topic. Failing to do so will clutter up the board and make it harder for new users to efficiently find the information they need.

I have both games and want to learn by experience the difference between the two, but having said that, I find very little info here or anywhere with regards to the mission editor. It gets a bit frustrating because the manual has little or nothing, so who do we need to get help from? Hopefully this community. And it is a little disturbing that "newbies" (self included) get the same old pat answer, "Check the threads or do a search". I invite you all to do a search on "Mission editor" and you get a lot of junk from SH3 and4 and other games but not this one in particular, so it is useless.

It is always better to post in an existing thread (of an appropriate topic) than to start a new one. Unfortunately, many posters don't understand this, so posts that should be together in a single topic get scattered around, which makes life harder on everyone, new players in particular. This does not mean you should not at least attempt a search first; the search feature, after all, will return multiple results. By the way, if you're getting junk form the SH3 and 4 forums, you are doing it wrong. You can, and should, limit your search to exclude forums that will not contain the information you are seeking.
