Skills & Specialisations
 

Ok I'm a noob still to this so bear with me, I've have a few questions I need help with badly when handing out promotions and giving specialisations.

Should everyone in the control room be skilled in leadership and specialize in command or ? and should everyone in the torpedo room be skilled mecanical and specialize in torpedos ect. ect. I've noticed some guys are in my torpedo room are skilled in watch and specialize in torpedos shouldnt they all be skilled in mechanics and specialize in torps ? and same go for each compartment ..someone please explain this to me what skills and what specialisations they need in each Compartment :hmm:

Yeah i try to make all of my sailors in the torpedo room are trained on Torps, and mech. But that is just me.
