Help on "tweaking"
 

Hey all. I love the work ya'll do, very gifted modding community we have here. I got lost in programming back in the days of my Wildcat BBS so please be gentle. I am wanting to tweak files such as renown, damage etc. but have no idea what files to look at or what type of program to use. Does anyone have a link to where I can find a program that will allow me to make my own changes in the game? Thanks, and keep safe out there.

miner1436 gave you the link teaching you how to convert tweaking files from the sh3 game into tweak files for the sh4 game.

this is a link to the post showing where to find all the tweak files that are available for downloading to use for tweaking sh4.

they all use the sh3 mini tweaker made by timetraveler and we just use new tweak files written to tweak the sh4 game. this is where to get the sh3 mini tweaker tool.
