Compartment door

Hi
I saw a screen with an open door between two compartements in the boot on the JCWolf's Workshop... How is it possible ? Can you really open it ? :huh:

While on topic of this mod... is it possible to use just the Open Hatch and Periscope Fix without installing the whole entire mod?
