Not many cheats (unless you set your realism to low in the options screen) but training is available.

What would you like to know how to do?

yep, that is a pain. Tho sure the modders will fix that, they did in sh3:yep:

C:/Documents and settings/My documents/SH4/data/cfg/main.cfg

and change 3DRender=32 to 1024 or whatever you want
