Big dog, tiny man, a small question:
 

I left my wife in her favourite thrift shop today, and as I headed for the door I had to edge past this little old man with a HUGE golden collie... it looked like a small lion.

Later, my wife told me how she and some other ladies had waited patiently in this small shop for an old man with an enormous dog to finish looking and move on, when he suddenly turned, ogled them and said in a curt manner to his dog (so big it was knocking stuff along the shelf) "Come on, let's go... it's too crowded in here".

I said I wished I'd been there... I would've told him (insert your answer here and I'll pick my favourite)

He may have just been trying to make a light hearted comment.

It is not good to always interpret events in the worst light.

Okay... she says he gave them all a sour look before he said it

By the way. Have you seen Hatari?
