Not sure what to think of this.

I'm surrounded by friends of my race only because it's where I live. There's one person that's half of a different race. I've got nothing against them.

I've got friends around the country that are of a different race but I don't regularly see them.

Some of that statistic is probably just because of where people live. If you live in a backwoods Catholic farming community that isn't on the map, I doubt you'll see too many minorities. I'm not saying it isn't possible...but this statistic doesn't mean we're all racists. :hmmm:

I love you guys on subsim, does that count as multiracial friends?

I live in a very diversified town, we seem to have every kind of person imaginable. Hell, this buddy of mine wants to turn Canada into an Islamic republic:O:

We live in a multicultural society, and for me personally, I have good experiences with people from different countries, which has been rewarding especially related to my travels and in Sweden.

Too much IFs in this poll to prove anything.

Close friends all people you hang out in general. is 40% of Americans just less traveled. Is mixed races included in the questionare and how does one interpret mixed races. Does someone choose not to hang out with someone different or just didn't met someone different that one might call him a friend.

Thing is most of our country men and women are integrated into their own societies and people can become siloed...human nature I suppose.

I remember some years ago there was some incident in German media, many years ago, where a white young man was accused of "racism" when he said that until then he happened to have never slept with a black woman. But he just had not met any black woman, and thus could not say that she would have interested or attracted him or not.

I have never had an Indian friend. Obviously I am Indiaphobic, if not racist?!

The West's moral compass has lost its needle, and wear and tear have corroded the direction markings so that often the one gets mistaken for the other. Today, if you do not agree to the demanded opinion, you are phobic to reason, or "racist".

In other words, you are either mentally ill, or a dangerous extremist. Forget what I said about that broken compass above. The whole damn thing went amiss a long time ago.

And at the end of the day, the Swede is successful. His dinner in hand, he triumphantly poses for the camera.
