Really I don't know what is your problem. I have FOTRS v13 in SH4 15 and works as expected - the mod have some flaws and is unstable - but you can tweak it for better performance.

Reinstall all SH4 and the mod and try...

FOTRS 13 for SH4 15 is based in TMO 17, so the campaign is that of TMO 17 with some modifications because of the ships and planes added.

I get rar file errors for version 1.2.

Is there an English version for FOTRS 1.3 or 2.0?

Will the Duetch version of 2.0 work with my English version of SH4 v1.5?

The English version would be v1.3.

The German version is v2.0 and that is geared to SH4 v1.4.
