Hi Blueduck,
Thanks for replying and advice. Yes, indeed I have that "U-Tanker-Fix" enabled in h.sie OptionSelector but I messed up couple of things here cause; A) I haven't changed names of Odin and Co to U-Odin. :D I'll do that but where should I look for them? B) Am going to disable one of them; either "_LSH3_V5.1_GUI_Multi-SlideOuts" or "_LSH3_V5.1_GUI_Six-Dials-Simfeeling" to make things better. :) From what you say those two guys can't go together. Honestly, am thinking of what else I've done wrong here? :hmmm: (meaning my actual Generic Mod Enabler configuration). Also, what's the '_LSH3_V5.1__FunkLeicht' relation to h.sie's 'BDU messages' ? Do they work together? I have them both activated and I don't know if that's alright. Best, Sitttingwolf |

open the Campaign_SCR.mis (either with MissionEditor or Win Editor) and search for Odin. You will find two (four) entries: look for tne NavalBase Odin (not for the ship!) and change the name of the NavalBase to U-Odin. Greetings rowi58 |

Could you please explain in greater detail how am supposed to search for Odin? When I open sh3 MissionEditor, is it then among units that I can find it or land units if you talk about NavalBase? Am dumb here cause I have rather never done that before :D. I tried to go through manual looking for something that could help me, at least give me kinda clue but it is not stated there that thoroughly. Cheers. |

the best way is to open the Campaihn_SCR.mis file I dont know how it exacrly works in English, bur: selecz Menu <SEARCH>, type <ODIN> and you'll jump to the first entry with the name ODIN. Then search for ODIN within the Win EDITOR. Scroll down a little bit and see what it is. If it is an UNITTYPE=102 (that means a merchant ship) search for the next entry. Until you reach the following entry: NavalBase=odin or something like that. Change this entry into NavalBase=U-Odin and you've got your h.sie supplieship. Greetings rowi58 |
@ rowi58,
When I run SH3 missioneditor (I have no Win editor at all and if there is any I just simply don't see it or can't find it) there is no such option like menu <search> so am stuck. On the other hand am thinking if I have necessary tools to do that at all cause it's just simple SH3 MissionEditor, nothing else :wah:. Maybe you could tell me what tools you're using and where to download them or send me that modified file to my email address so I can replace it?. Many thanks. |
Text editor, not mission editor.

uploaded a hot fixed mod - JSGME-ready - with adjustments for U-Tanker-Fix, Wolfpack-Mod, Messages. You got a PN - you may please test it, because I can't do it due to work for LSH3v6. Regards Blueduck PS: anybody else is welcome to test it too. |
@ J0313,
I understand mate. I was confused. It's one of that things that can happen when you are NOT a modder :O:. Thank all of you guys, very much, for great support. I'll give that little modification a go. Cheers.:salute: |

I got you PM. Cheers buddy. |
Still no go with this supply thing. UNBELIEVABLE!!!.
First of all, to do the test am using single mission where am sailing on Type IXC. Trying to dock at the Theseus on my way to Caribbean I approached her and at the range of 1m to her I stopped my engines. Now, at speed of 0 knots, when I hit ESC, again, I have only three standard option to choose. And that's how my configuration looks now; Generic Mod Enabler - v2.6.0.157 _DX9HiResFix _LSH3_V5 _LSH3_V5.1 _LSH3_V5.1__ExtendedChallenge _LSH3_V5.1__ExtentedChallenge_BlackContacts _LSH3_V5.1__Rotating-DF-Antenna_V3 _LSH3_V5.1_ENV_MEP2a-Dark-Nights _LSH3_V5.1_ENV_MEP2b-FSF-for-Dark-Nights _LSH3_V5.1_ENV_MEP3_Mediterranean-Water _LSH3_V5.1_GUI_Six-Dials-Simfeeling _LSH3_V5.1_GUI_Six-Dials-Simfeeling-Typ-XXI _LSH3_V5.1_SLS_Schiffshorn-Leuchtkugeln-Seenotsignal _LSH3_V5.1_SLS_Spezialeffekte-Gross Supplement to V16B1 (JSGME) Stiebler4B_Addon_for_V16B1 _LSH3_V5.1__Kampagne_für_h.sie_16B1 Plus these options checked in SH3 Commander (the rest is switched off); - simulate a realistic career length - use historic u-boat availability dates - set number of days spent in base (set to 21) - use real ship names in patrol logs - use fatigue model (for now set to RUB 1x TC) - min 88mm deck gun reload time (set to 4) - min 105mm deck gun reload time (set to 8). I remember that in h.sie option selector together with Stiebler's mods I have BDU messages, U-tanker fix enabled. :hmmm: |

There is no docking at base or supply-ship possible in single mission! Regards Blueduck |
Right!
So I know now why the whole thing is not working. Simply cause am not going through campaign now, haha!!!! :D But then, I can assume that this configuration is good and that would work out in the campaign right? Well then, am going to wait for LSH6.0 before I start it. Thank you very much guys for all the support you give :). Cheers :salute: |

I would ask you test it anyway. First because it will be available then for older machines and second because this will be built into LSH3_v6 too. Regards Blueduck |
