Hi JonZ
Awesome mod! And it works perfectly to me but...just a question: I've got a problem with the rig for red look version of the manual. With the closed book view it's all right with the back manual cover "reddish" as below... http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/4...33102819iy.jpg but with the book open ,the front cover is the "daylight's " ones and not reddish as it should be (below you can see it too). http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/1...33177180je.jpg Where's the matter? Is it something need to fix or i made some kind of error in the ini_file editing? Thanks a lot for all and, again, for the stunning improvement you gave us!! |
It the way the game is made I guess. The book overlap the skin over the periscope night redmask. I guess there's nothing to be done with it. The skin you choosed made that effect more apparent I guess,

Thanks for the answer!
Not a big problem to live on...the manual quality override it! EDIT: p.s. choosing the red cover the problem is greatly minimized! |
JonZ,
Umm, not to be the bearer of bad tidings YET AGAIN, but I think there might be something wrong with the "JIRM Manual Installation and Complete Kit.7z" at u-boot.realsimulation.com. It extracts but goes to a blank DOS window upon launcing the .exe file and then quits. I HOPE for once this is my fault :D Hitch |

I don't know what is wrong with my cut and paste method but the code above is not the good one I think. Tonnage title is suppossed to be right aligned which it seems to be not. It look like an earlier version. Can you test it at normal resolution? I can't help for now because I'm at work. I'll check into that tonight. Meanwhile you can perhaps paste the other part of codes suggested by the others before my code post. |
