They are posted and they don't alter the IDs. There is something you missed out. Missing IDs either means you skiped a sequence or you sticked two sequences togheter. There's something wrong you did.

Check the instructions again...

Or try to note which IDs missing and post it.

Ok, for all that are interested here are the edited files from my installation:

http://rapidshare.de/files/17541889/...files.rar.html

You MUST have

Jonz rec manual
Grey Wolves (or navimap and dragable chronometer)
6 Dials Simfeeling
6 Dials TDC update

if you use any more or any less of these mods, it won't work

Hey JonZ,

I've got a problem with the IuB version of JIRM.

I have already done the following:

SH3 Cmdr rolled back, all mods removed correctly (via JSGME). Mods now reinstalled (via JSGME) in this order IuB 1.03, Iub 1.03 1.1 Patch and 16km fix. Loaded (w/o SH3 Cmdr) and all works fine. Now I install (again through JSGME) JIRM - IuB 1.03, load again w/o SH3Cmdr and I get this:

http://www.hitchcockmodels.com/Subs/JIRM_IuB103c.jpg

Which look right, but when I open the RM I get this:

http://www.hitchcockmodels.com/Subs/JIRM_IuB103a.jpg

http://www.hitchcockmodels.com/Subs/JIRM_IuB103b.jpg

Any ideas?

Thanks for a great new mod!

JonZ,

I'm not seeing any difference. The "culprit" I found earlier was that the menu_1024_768.ini contain references to two files which are not included:

recmancover2.tga and RecManBkgr2.tga.

Hope this helps!

The entries in the menu.ini and both tgas are not part of Jon's mod.
So you did something wrong.

You mean these entries in the menu_1024_768.ini?

Probably an mistake in the readme of one of the install packages.
Which one did you use?

Aduke, you are correct. Hick had a problem with a IuB version which was wrong and I reuploaded right after he noticed it. There's should be no more problem for IuB users now.

Hitch 04-09-06 03:48 PM

I'll give it a fresh start.

Hitch

Hitch 04-09-06 04:11 PM

JonZ,

Could you check your latest JIRM IuB version's "menu_1024_768.ini"

It appears to have two full sets of G25 entires. The first set contains the RecManCover2.tga and RecManBkgr2.tga entries, and the next appears normal. Could this be the problem?

Hitch

Sailor Steve 04-09-06 04:13 PM

Well, I was downloading it at the library, but I grabbed the new SHIII Commander first, and ran out of time 88% of the way through the RM download. :damn:

Next week, for sure.

Yes, that's what I've tried to explain. When you first alerted about the problem, I investigated the IuB pack and found it wasn't the good ini version. So I immediately replaced by the correct one.

It now should be one file RecManual.tga with new coordinates.

Possibly.

Here in case you missed out

http://img105.imageshack.us/img105/6104/img04384tt.jpg

If not then a problem lies perhaps in command cfg files

Thanks missed the activation part yes :yep:

But also, will try to increase the beautifull work you've made by sliding the Task bar...

Not all but the Central parte and officers parte just living the Dials...

Why don't you use Simfree mod? it all about lowering the taskbar with bigger dials?

IHMO that would be rather much usefull if you make a version of Simfree combined with all the available mods like I did for GW and TW

Just done it JONZ if you whant to check it out!

JonZ,
I understand that. Just to be SURE just I re-dloaded and installed the UPDATED file and the "menu_1024_768.ini" still contains two sets of the G25 entries and the problem still exists. This is also on a fresh SH3 install (what the heck :D )

Geez that file is cursed or something. I really appologise for this.

Reuploading a good version.
