:o

Sorry veryone and specialy DD,

But....... ... :shifty: ....Is that Alien thing in the command room
the TM you say?

I am sorry about the Question.... but ignorance can make you ask??:yep:

DivingDuck 09-19-07 07:39 AM

Moin JC,

ALIEN, LOL!!! :rotfl:

Yes, the "ALIEN" you see is the same periscope model as shown on FMīs screenie. Itīs just disfigured beyond recognition by wrong selfillumination map + wrong texture indices used in the TMAP. But itīs the first time I got it up and running without beeing "foggy".

Regards,
DD

Lo DD, just one question!

If you make this work and you figure out how this is done, would it be easy to do this to all subs.
Or does every sub interieor need another approach?

Just courious here!:hmm:

DivingDuck 09-19-07 02:47 PM

Hey Myxale,

would be easier to wait for Skwasjer`s S3D import/export module.

DD

Looking good hope this finds its way into new GWX4, question, I saw somewhere a screenie with a perescope view through a new, supposedly more historically accurate perescope, instead of round the view had streight sides and clipped corners, I can find this mod anywhere can any one help out

Sailor Steve 09-22-07 05:09 PM

There is a mod which gives you the clipped rectangular look for the observation 'scope. As for it being historically accurate, I don't know. The upper lens may be that shape, but the eyepiece is still round, as is your eyeball. Remember that even though there are two lenses, the view through binoculars is still round.

i don't want to come off as pushy, but is there any news on the progress of this mod diving duck?
