I didn't say YOU were advertising, but I would if I told you what SGW stands for.

Welcome aboard, Mack. Fredbass had good advice: SH3 Commander is one of the best tools you'll find, and it incorporates the Weather Mod, so the rain should clear up sooner. Unfortunately that won't help you this patrol, as you shouldn't install anything until you're back in port.

I always stay in my assigned grid, but then I'm a masochist. Go where the hunting is best.

September 8, 1939
Completed assigned 24-hour patrol of grid AM23, decided to cause trouble for Scotland, off the Outer Hebrides. Still raining.

September 10, 1939
Rain abated, but watch officer distracted by squishing sound in his boots. Trawler apparently captained by Nelson disables deck gun with first shot. Submerged and returned fire; confirmed torpedo impact at 22:10:30. Nelson turned and ran, Northeast. Ordered pursuit course.

September 11, 1939
Two Royal Navy Hunt-class Destroyers sighted at dawn. Gunfire confirms they've spotted us. Watch Officer sent to peel potatoes. Crash dive, full about, flank speed. Rig for silent running. Hours spent watching the CO2 gauge and listening to the depth charges behind us. Being driven toward the Orkneys. Executive Officer voices misgivings. Executive Officer sent to peel potatoes.

2200 hours, rain returned, decided to surface and make a run for it into the North Sea. Almost made it, too. Destroyer picket found me. In the dark. In the rain. In rough seas. Watch Officer thrown overboard.

U-52, 42 officers and crew, presumed lost at sea (possibly held by Royal Navy until the close of hostilities, on charges of general ineptitude).

I'll look into it. Is it compatible with Grey Wolves?

I use them both together and have run into no problems.

It's an external tool, and it's compatible with anything. You'll find millions of more names for your crew, ships you sink have names, random malfunctions/failures (but only if you want them. You can control wave height, gun reload times, and it even randomizes your gramaphone tracks!

It does a lot more, but I'm sure you'll read the readme.
