Awesome - good to see you back - I'm trying out GW now and dabbled with IUB and NYGM before this, but over the last year I have played way more patrols with the various RUB versions (since I first found it back around 1.21) than with all the other Mod packs combined, so I'm really looking forward to seeing what happens next with RUB.

I fixed the convoy neutrality 'issue' in the latest IC. Neutral ships should no longer appear in convoys. Countries that may be neutral aren't when sailing in convoys as I hacked new nations on top of Nationality Mod v3.0, replacing some of the included ones with always 'at war' nations.
