Hmm, here too - problem is: I'm pretty sure I did NOT load a save game between hitting the T3's, but cant say 100%.

Im pretty sure I DID save in between, but again not 100%.

I AM sure I used external view so this would be a possibility that is new to me.

What we can say is thats a stock game issue, so my initial question is solved - the exact cause is vague but in the future I will try to avoid saving, loading and external views while attacking (the latter being the hardest part), to be on the save side.
