I just noticed something very strange while playing just a short time ago.
I loaded up SH3 to run a patrol...I am using 1280x960 resolution and 2X Antialiasing and my image setting to quality in my vid card controls and also using the 71.89 drivers. What I noticed was the sun had its proper glare effect the entire patrol. I exited and restarted the game again to see if it was just a fluke..and sure enough on reloading the game the sun had its full glare effect still there at 2X antialiasing setting on my 6600GT card. Does using the resolution mod fix the sun glare while using Antialiasing setting with Nvidia cards??It sure seems to have fixed it in my system. This just shocked me when I saw the sun glare working with AA turned on with my Nvidia card. |
Man you guys are running SH3 at 1280x1024 or higher resolutions! :damn: Wish i could. But im sure if i up the Res to 1280x1024 im sure my computer would die

Whoa. She runs fine at 1152x864.
:) Haven't tried 1280x1024. :hmm: |
I don't believe that a higher resolution will make that much of a difference in the game's overhead.
