today i found a convoy during a heavy storm with about 300m visibility, i knew i would never be able to get one in range, so i fired off 4 torps towards 4 different hydrophone signatures and I hit a T2 with 1 torp and sank it. :yep:

I couldn't believe it, i was pretty happy :)

I don't even bother to attack convoys in bad visibility.....I got surprised by DD's a few times too many! I wait for the rain to pass and then move in for the kill, only if truly needed (just before the convoy reaches its destination) will I attack in bad visibility....

I'm not sure what your reason is for bringing back a five-year-old SH3 thread to ask for a mod for SH5, but please don't do it again.

LOL that always happens to me. The juiciest fattest ships just love to appear over the horizon when I have one torpedo left and deck gun is unavailable. :rotfl2:
