but you're right August.;) |
I kinda expected this, that Sheriff made too big of a target of himself. Its really sad when a law enforcement officer is sued for arresting criminals. I didn't see it said that they stopped people without reason, these people he arrested were stopped for traffic violations and all he asked was that the government do its job.
Watch for alot of little stunts like this in the next month or so, Time is running out for this administration. After November the Congress will be in Republican hands and its going to be very hard for Democrats to get anything passed. |

Being Christian is not a requirement of office and being a Muslim does not preclude you from holding office. That argument is without any merit.
|
of course its not a requirement for office... nobody is saying it is.
But if i was a public official who hung on the Jewish vote by claiming to be an orthodox Jew would they not desire proof? and if so... would it not look suspicious if i sealed all my records. just sayin' - im not trying to make the case. but i think Arizona is getting shafted by the federal government when the federal government should just let states rights issues be states rights issues |

the guy ain't wrong. :nope:

The government case arises as a natural outcome of a case that was already underway before Obama was elected. Its a fedreal issue as the Sherriff dept was working under the delegationof authority from the federal government and were bound by the federal legislation. The roots of the case are not that they were rounding up illegals, but that they were illegaly detaining Americas citizens, violating American citizens constitutional rights and breaking the law by racially profiling in their stops. The arizona courts have already thrown out all attempts Arapio has made to avoid the cases. |

If it's such a travesty, why hasn't one single Philly voter come forward saying they were intimidated by any of this? How can you have a case when no one can claim to be a victim? Save me the faux outrage. |

Not a grand conspiracy but under Obama it was dismissed because as the Justice Department Lawyer who resigned in protest testified, the Obama Regime's "Justice" Department has a non official policy of NOT prosecuting civil rights violations and voter intimidation cases where the suspects are black. Find the video of the indicent in question. These fools, one of which was later caught on a tape talking about killing "cracker babies" were standing outside in full black panther gear with billy clubs in hand to intimidate voters.Complaints were filed and the Bush Admin Justice Department opened a case but did not have time to deal with the case before the transition.Obama took office, soon Eric Holder took office and the unofficial policy came into effect. I bet if the KKK or skinheads(who are actually less dangerous but equally as disgusting as the black panthers) were standing outside a polling place with clubs and in their garb Barry O would do everything he could to put them in prison.I also bet YOUR head would spin around exorcist style:har: Pure example of racism amnd double standards on Obama and Eric Holder's part.:damn: |
If the action against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the dismisall of the Black Panthers case in Philly, were/are politically motivated both will be investigated when the new congress is sworn in Jan 2011.
