Did your copy have a big sticker on the front stating "DO NOT GIVE TO NEAL STEVENS"? :hmmm:

Uhm can i play the orignal game first to find out how it is? I mean the game isent even out yet.

I just woke up, and had a first thought of the day.
(yes, i have brains:O:)

"If its Silent hunter series, and itf its moddable, why does oscar suppose i could keep my hands off that thing? I hve seen the FS and CFS series, and have been into modding from the first time i used a pc!"

Maaaan i need a break i think.
Or the game.
Or both. to play and start fiddling with them files.

My first thought after inserting the disc was that a mistake had been made and I'd been given the last Mission Impossible game version.

A message scrolled across my monitor screen:

THIS DISC WILL SELF DESTRUCT IN 30 SECONDS!! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ys/4_6_100.gif

This whole thread is like a spam to me.. The game isn't out yet and you already searching for modders for the unreleased and unpached game ? You must be kidding.. Don't you think some things has to wait for the right time to happen ? Or you just want to overtake future GWX5 plans ? lol

Considering where my only talent lies and what I'm doing currently, I don't think I'll be able to contribute directly. But you (and any other supermodders) will be hearing from me as time goes on.:sunny:

I am curious; with regard to 3d modeling, how varied would the work be?

Is it possible to already present some fixed categories, for doing 3d work?

E.g Ships, houses, landscape, etc.

I might be interested! But I have to say that it will likely be a decision when the game is released and i've fiddled with it a bit... It's a tad too early to say for now on!
BTW, my skills generally goes to 2D Gui/photoshop etc., 2D texturing, 3D modeling to a certain degree, artistic design (such as correcting colours of the ocean and that sort of things, tweaking shaders etc.), modifying config files.

Though i've kind of always worked "on my own", apart for having closely works with LeoVampire back when he was working on his environment mod called "reflection on the water" and then later on to a much smaller extent with Pacific Environment, why not team up with others! I sense there gonna be a lot of work to do on SH5
