thanks for the welcomes yall. Ive got SH5 up and running with Open Horizons i believe it was called, and Mighty fine crew. Having a good ole time braving this storm south of scappa flow! if you find yourself bored, and would like to see how a true cadet does it, i'm always streaming my gameplay at www.twitch.tv/sbrooke420. Its not always Silent hunter, but could be a good laugh to watch me run aground, or smack into a sandbar at periscope depth.

Years away from the game use to played sh3 loved it,installed sh5 today:stare::stare::hmph:This will take some working out. Cannot even climb up the ladder yet to conning tower lol

Hi,

I'm 26 and live in Germany, I've been a fan of subsim since I was a little child when I watched my brother play Aces of the Deep and Sea Wolf. I come back to Silent Hunter every few years and I am just on another descend into the deep. After years of SH III I just bought SH IV and V in one package and try to find a mod package that's working for me.
