VIIB_splashwave_fix by Rubini

The playable Type VIIB donīt have the bow splashwave and its sound since long time ago, more precisily since when the first AI uboats were introduced for the community. This bug is yet present today even in almost all big mods.
The problem is about few file IDs that arenīt correctly cloned since that early time.
You will notice that in this fix we donīt have any type VIIB file...Why?
Well, as we have a lot of different mods&bigmods that use the playable uboat files i then choose to make the fix on the really correct place: on the AI uboat tha thave the cloned IDs problems: the AI type VIIC/41.
The standard version on this mod have waterstream on it, but I provided another "NSS_Uboat7c41_NO_waterstream.dap" that havenīt the water stream if you prefer. Just delete the other .dat and rename this one to "NSS_Uboat7c41.dat".
I also provided a "fix" on the .eqp file that will generate crew on deck when you find this AI uboat sailing. This is aimed to GWX and is totally safe (the type AI IIB/IXB already have crew on deck on GWX)
This mod also fix few problems with Lifeboats&Debris mod, where some AI uboats are showing debris around it. But just for this AI type VIIC/41
Just as curiosity, I also noticed that others IDs on this Ai uboat are also not well cloned what could bring potential hidden problems here or there...then, in the end, I recloned it enterely.
As a last note: this mod is compatible with any big mod. The users of the stock 1.4b SH3 donīt need it because the stock game donīt have Ai uboats.
If I find the necessary time I will look at the others AI uboats too. The main problem is that to solve some problems you end messing with their sinking behaviour, etc. Ufff!

At last ! I can now take the VII B seriously ,no more waiting for the VII C just to hear the splashwave ,thought it was to good to be true but it really works
