This is an update of 'Unscratched Optics for Large Optics v1.4' for those that want a round binocular view, instead of the updated binocular view in 'TWoS'.
Unscratched Optics with Graduation marks and Vignetting effect for Large Optics v1.5
This Mod removes all of the scratches from the Binoculars, UZO, Attack Periscope and Obseration Periscope, it also replaces the deckGun sight with a more realistic monocular view.
All the verious Optics may be viewed in the Scopes.jpg file.
There are 3 alternitive Deck Gun Sight views available:-
STANDARD an oculus with a dark surround with a authentic 'V'shaped graticule aiming mark.
ALTERNATIVE an oculus with a anulus around the sight with a authentic 'V'shaped graticule aiming mark.
ALTERNATIVE 2 an oculus with a dark surround with a interupted line graticule aiming mark.
This mod is JSGME ready.
If you wish to use the standard 'Deck Gun' sight.
Download the file, open and extract the 'Unscratched Optics for Large Optics v1.5' file to your Mods (TWoS Parts) folder in SilentHunter5.
Enable the mod with JSGME after all other graphics mods.
If you wish to use 1 of the Alternative 'Deck Gun' sights.
Download the file, open and extract the 'Unscratched Optics for Large Optics v1.5' file to your Mods (TWoS Parts) folder in SilentHunter5.
now extract either 'Deck gun Alt' or 'Deck Gun Alt2' file to your Mods (TWoS Parts) folder in SilentHunter5.
Enable 'Unscratched Optics for Large Optics v1.5' with JSGME after all other graphics mods.
Then enable 'Deck Gun Alt' or DeckGun Alt2'.
If you wish to use the 'Round Binocular'.
Open and extract the 'Unscratched Optics for Large Optics v1.5' file to your Mods (TWoS Parts) folder in SilentHunter5.
now extract the 'Round Binocular' file to your Mods (TWoS Parts) folder in SilentHunter5.
Enable 'Unscratched Optics for Large Optics v1.5' with JSGME after all other graphics mods.
Then enable 'Round Binocular'.
I have used this mod with 'The Wolves of Steel' Mod with no adverse affects for quite some time, however you use this mod at your own risk.

Hi Les!
when i use my binoculars on the boat while patrol, i see 2 Binoculars at the same time.. is this a known bug? because when i deactivate your mod the binoculars are normal..
