This mod adds flags for a number of countries which have not been included in SH3.
I needed to have Turkish and Bulgarian ships for the operational theater of the 30th flotilla in the Black Sea. As you may already know, it is relatively easy to add extra country/nationality by creating an appropriately named folder in the Roster directory. However, ships of the new country will appear in the game without any flag. I had to figure out how to add the corresponding flags to the game. When doing that I decided to add more countries so that there is greater variety for other theaters.
Flags added:
-Turkey and Bulgaria (Black Sea)
-Denmark and Finland (North Europe)
-Belgium and Ireland (Europe)
-Portugal, and Spain (Eastern Atlantic)
-Yugoslavia (Med)
-Colombia, Mexico, and Panama (Carribean)
-Argentina (South Atlantic)
INSTALLATION
Put the flag.dat file to the data\Library folder.
To see the flags, copy, say, Sweden folder in the Roster directory and rename it to one of the countries above. Take a look at the corresponding ships in the Museum section.
To use additional nationalities in the game, don't forget to define their Side status in DefSide.cfg in the Roster folder.
