Description
this mod is for a request to be able to start the war based at fremantle with a s boat (other boats are still available) for most of the war. this also includes the changes to home ports for the pearl harbor command which changes home port to midway and the saipan. this is mod enabler or files can be copy and pasted. always make backups to be safe if you do copy and paste. don't think this will effect other mods since it is a very simple change to just a couple of files, but backup always. welcome to make comments or requests enjoy guys changes a couple of dates so game doesn't get confused
