South China Sea 1987 Date: April 4, 1987 Location: South China Sea The world is on the brink of war. A coup in the Soviet Union has sent Mikhail Gorbachev to exile in the West, with a hard-line Communist government siezing power in Moscow. The Soviet General Staff has decided that the time is ripe for a world-wide Communist revolution. Soviet forces are inciting revolutions and conflict world-wide providing propoganda, arms, and advisors.
