About This Mod
In my research for information and other mods other people have done, I've seen a lot of people asking for a "Full Out Cheat" mod. I wouldn't concider this to be a full out cheat mod, but it's a good start. It works well enough, that I can confidently release it. In my opinion, nothing is ever done. Everything is a work in progress, and there is always room for improvement in everything. This is a Release Edition of this mod, although I will continue to make more improvements on it.
Modifications
Submarines:
Manuvering
Top Speed increased to 25 [before special abilities enabled]
Horsepower Increased Sigificantly - Gets up to speed QUICK!
Armorment
Armor Level on all subs increased to 100
Hitpoints Increased to 15Mil. (Excessive but w/e)
Hitpoints on all Equipment, Weapons and Crew set to 1.5Mil
Repair Time on all Equipment, Weapons and Crew set to .01 Hours [Just throw some duct tape on it.. It'll be fine!]
Exposure for Crew, Weapons, and Equipment set to 0 on all parts of the sub and conning tower.
Weapons
Shell damage and blast radius have been significantly increased. 1 Hit Kill Using any AP or HE 20mm, 37mm, or 88mm Shell.
Weapon Fire Rate and Shell Capacity has been sigificantly increased.
Economy
All Items are on Sale for FREE!
All Items are Available at any given time in the game provided they are compatible with your present submarine.
Torpedos
T_VII - "Modified" See Description in Game
Speed Increased to 300 knots
Straight Run Increased to 12,000 meters.
***NOTICE*** Blast Radius is 3000 Meters while doing 18,000 Damage
If you are too close, YOU WILL BE BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER AND SENT BACK 1-2KM.
Even with all the armorment, your engines and batteries will be dead and you will not be able to move anywhere.
Extra Torpedos
VIIA and VIIB Have 10 Fore Storage Torpedo Tubes [Even though it only shows 6]
VIIC has 20 Fore Storage Tubes Preloaded with T_VII Torpedos
VIIC/41 has 25 Fore Storage Tubes Preloaded with T_VII Torpedos
Loading Time
Loading time for all Torpedos on all Submarines have been reduced to 1/10th the time it usually takes to reload.
Launching Time has been reduced to 0.1 Seconds
Crew
Special Abilities
Morale Cost has been stripped from all Special Abilities
Specific Changes:
Preheat Torpedo
Damage increased without Speed Reduction
Reduce Morale Decay
Values Changed to 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 from thier much lower original values
Propaganda
Increased Active Ability uptime to 90% but with No prolonged cooldown times
Boost Sonar
Sonar Range Increased to 95% on level 5
Reduce Darkness Penalty
Values Changed to -15, -30, -45, -60, -95
Reveal Enemy Convoys
Radus increased to (pretty much full map)
Duration 8000 Kept Duration down to a low number because it doesn't refresh Unless Duration has fully depleted before reapplying this ability
Cooldown 20
Visual Targets
Duration 800000 [See everything all day long]
Boost Radio
Ability Values changed from thier previous values to 15, 30, 45, 60, 75
Boost Radar
Ability Values changed from thier previous values to 15, 30, 45, 60, 75
Safe Communications
Duration Extended to 800000
Boost Guns
Rank 5 Changed to 100% for Increased Accuracy, Damage, Shell Speed, Range
Silence Engines
Values changed to -70, -80, -90 for engine noise
Durations increased respectively to 7200, 10800, 14400
Crew Members
Hitpoints increased to 1,500,000
Recovery time for all injuries reduced to 0.1 hours
All Skill bonuses Increased by 100% in all qualifications

Dont even care to use most of this( i want a mods that give a crap load of torps, like 100 plus because im bored lol) but im getting this because of this "Repair Time on all Equipment, Weapons and Crew set to .01 Hours [Just throw some duct tape on it.. It'll be fine!]" made me laugh for 5 minutes
(1) Replace Flower & Town Class to BB USS North Carolina
(2) Replace UK DDs to BB HMS King George V (3) Replace Allied Transports to Queen Mary (4) Replace Armed Trawler to HMS Arc Royal
When you extract the zip file choose "extract to here" here being the mods
directory.
Say you are trying to extract file names "FlyingSub.zip".
Example Mods Directory: C:\sh\MODS
Extract to here should be: C:\sh\MODS\FlyingSub.
If you extract using "Extract to folder" you end up with your files one
branch to low in the folder tree.
Example: C:\sh\MODS\FlyingSub\FlyingSub. This will not get picked by the JGSME installer.
This blurb assume you are using winzip, directory structure is the objective.
Installed Mod using JSCME. Everything works as stated, but my sub will not stay on the surface, or @ periscope depth. It just sinks instantly. If I use emergency surface, or continually tap on depth gauge @ a couple meters below the surface, it will eventually surface, but as soon as it breaches, down we go again! Installed on vanilla SH5 with no other Mods enabled. Could you tell me where to find/adjust code to fix this? Thank you.
