Extracting the SH3 world file(s)

OK, so I want to edit that damned world map (inconsistency-fixing, such as island-adding and for NorOps), and I can't ind the program that extracts the file(s) I need to edit (it's been taken down from RapidShare).

PS: Is it misleading of me to call myself "Team Leader" (see sig) before I assemble a bloody team?!
Just asking.
