Hi all the people. This is a mod for the lovely GreyWolves 1.1a.
Sorry for the english.

At first, this was an 'personal conversion' for myself in spanish.
Now that it's finish, i think i can share it in english. Curiosly, it has been more easy to re-convert to english.. And here its..

My work has been only integrated all the mods.. All the mods integrated are of their "bossess". No bugs located. Maybe you can see that some changes in the gameplay (all but the interfaces and menus) are oriented to gaming enjoy, not only realism. I know. I just want it.

Thanks to all the GREYWOLVES TEAM for that lovelly mod.. The best i never played. No more words

This looks like an outstanding addition. It must have taken quite a bit of work to do.

In a mission now and everything is working great. I love what you did with the interfaces and your choice additions. This is going to be my new default from now on.

Saw the list of single missions, quite a selection. Looking forward to giving some of them a try.

You added back in the two things I didn't quite like about The Gray Wolves, the velnerability locations on the ship recongnition manual and the color contacts on the map. Deffinatly going to check out your work, thanks alot mate! :rock:

Hello Pokara and this looks like a nice addon for GreyWolves.

However I am not playing with the GreyWolves add on at the moment :). But I was wondering if you or someone else would be kind enough to inform me as to what mods you used to get the bottom of the game screen to look like the first three images you posted?

Also if its not too much more bother would you mind telling me what mods you used to get the periscope screen to look like the one in your screenshots? Is it also possible just to mod it so that it has the depth guage (that looks like a barbers pole) and everything to the right of this screen shot?

No problem..

1) If you want to restore the no-music GW just delete in the spawolves the folder:: \data\Sound\Music.. This make available the no-music GW :up:

2) Um... its something long to explain.. I think you better can apply on, another mods like All grey contacts or similar, which ones you'll find in subsim, i remeber...
But If you cant, tell me again and i will release an update to make all black color contacts again :yep:

But in the images of periscope you can see the TDC MOD slideout, adapted, and integrated in the periscope, uzo and tdc map. Also, see the full vulnerability mod for great JONZ large recog. manual and the color panel icons...

The TDC MOD can be apply to any of this 3 screens (periscope,uzo and tdc map) and i decided to apply all them.. But its optional..
But in spawolves they have been applied to the 3 screens

BLACK COLOR CONTACTS RESTORE :up: :up:

If you are interestes, you have here a fix for spawolves.. this fix restore the black color contact to original GW 1.1a

You need: 1) SH3 +1.4 2)GW1.1a 3)SpaWolves 1.01 and 4)This file
Best option is JSME.

By the way, greats :up: you have at least Integrated Orders.. but remember that many of this mods 'touch' the file "menu_1024_768.ini" and other files with a lots of parameters and so, there is a lot of 'integrated orders' versions for any version of sh3 modding (stok,gw,gwu.. etc). "se cuidadoso" ;) ;)

The Officer Bar in the lower left of the Menu is 'OfficerA.tga' found in Data/Menu/Gui/Layout...I remember it from the U-boat War Ace mod and it's a particular favourite of mine also.

The order icons are already transparent, they only appear to have a dark background in the stock game because of the 'Bkgr.tga' (same location). The Bkgr.tga is altered from a darkened almost opaque texture to a completely transparent texture in the Sliding Stations Panel mod. You'll also need the 'leer.tga' included in that mod to place a background on the lower part of the F5 map screen, making the white screen text visible.

The Dials incorporated into the attack periscope is a nice detail (makes sending out a 'fish' just that much easier).. the slide in/out compass is a great help, the list of good stuff in this Mod goes on and on; all I can say is well done to you for such a well done Mod :up: !

I have the same problem. I started by making a couple of fixes, then a few tweaks for my kids, then a small mod..... Now I spend almost as much time tweaking the game as I do playing it.

I trying out a new skin, adding some stuff to campaign files, making menu tweaks, etc. I've been toying with an idea for nostalgia sake, I was thinking of making an SH2 screen for SH3. :)

When its available, i'll see what we can do..
I also know not everybody likes all the parts of spawolves.. (some people like black contacts, another color, reloads time.. etc)
So I'try to put all like opcionals (and good integrated between them) :up:

First, lets wait to that mod, and after, lets see what i can do about it...

Two suggestions:

Could you make that stopwatch be a slide-out, too?
Could you make that Stations bar to the left slide all the way off the screen instead of just being partly hidden?What I really like is the recognition manual that shows the various critical compartments of the various ships. Just great:up:.

2) Im not going to talk about my poor english.. :oops: but i think you want see 'nothing' of the panel station when slideoff... (hope so ;)) Okay, go on::
we need to change the menu file.. So, open::
data\Menu\menu_1024_768.ini in the SpaWolves folder

look for this::

and change 4this::

and then, you wont see nothing of the panel station... you'll need to move the mouse to slide on again, you know... just test and tell me hows going.. :up:
You can also do a 'minimum visible' of the panel playing with this lines with the 'HorizSlide' value.. now you just can adjust your favorite slide value to see on the screen.. try values for -38 to -42 and also can adjust the X position with the 'Pos' line and the first number of the 4 numbers... play it and enjoy yourself :up:




About 1).. now im really dont sure about you want to mean.. you're talking about the chronometer??? :oops:
