New face for Weapons Officer

I've worked over the weapons officer to add a new face if anyone is interested. It's
my first stab at this. He's a redhead and looks pretty good to me. Some of you won't like him but if I can figure out how to get it on a free site for download, you're welcome to use him.
Install will be manual into SHIII/Data/Crew/Head/Off/Head03
save original and replace with the new one.

Dont be put off by constructive critiscism, these things take time. I like the reddish hair, though it could use a little bit more tonal variation. See if you can add some highlights.

Definately don't give up..you do show promise and we can always use more modders for the game.Things take time to get the hang of.So keep at it.The skin looks good but it does need a little work and it will be better.

Don't be put off by posts like The Noobs..some just don't have the knack for constructive criticism.

Hey thanks for the effort...I am not going to say it's beautiful, but since your not trying to sell it-who cares. I'm always looking for new faces, so I look forward to any progress you make on this.
