I know that the GW mod changes sths. in the behavior of convoys but I now have sometimes the prob that after an attack the convoys do not get back to their normal formation but instead become totaly disorderd with all ships circling around.

It would be nice if you can change this in GWX.

Another request is to please include a lot more generic entries in the rnd for the convoys especially in the early War as those convoys mostly are only conposed of M2 and M3 ships. I have all of AG124s ships installed but they dont appear in the convoys.

While TGW changed other areas of the RND file for the better they used the now very outdated Improved Convoys without change for the big convoys.
This, IMO, is the weakest part of GW and I am sure (although IMO) they will redo this in GWX.
They have in the past said they did not care for "generic" ships.
One reason is small cargo could show up in fast convoys.
I disagree and believe the more generic the better (102 cargo and DEs) because they change each time and when a new escort or cargo is added they can appear without new editing.
If they choose not to do this. well, I did a complete rebuild of the current GW because my area is NA convoys and those sucked so will spend the time to make a new one for GWX.
Currently I run a very difficult convoy system more like reality and it is so friggin hard I constantly swear at myself! From May 43 on the weakest escort is 12 AS ships.

My request to GW is adding more type 3 DE types by making the real DEs Hunt class, wrongly classed as DD by SH3 and make most escorts type 3 for convoys. This would change the lead ship and with changes to the merchants possible the convoy will never be predictable.

It makes repeat playability fresh each time.
But, completely, IMO.

I also think the generic entries are very much need so that iambecomelifes Transport mod which will include about 30-40 new merchants and will so be a large step forward can be included in GWX.
