Bright night, dark day - My first problem

I have never had any problems with SH3 or mods before, so I guess its about time.

At day the sky is dark as night, whilst the water is bright. At night its the other way around. What is causing this?

I tried installing GW over the old GW, but to no prevail.

Did you add any other changes to scene.dat first off?
If you did without rolling back SH3commander ( provided you are using it ) that is one of the outcomes
Had the same myself because of the above
