I've done some tests for the different Flak guns in the game and here are the results:

I've measured cyclic rates of fire and practical rates of fire. The method for the practical rates of fire is that i've started with a full mag, fired for a full minute(sometimes more for the sake of accurate measurements), and counted the total rounds fired. All tests are done with the flak manned by one Petty Officer with Flak gunner qualification, three Seamen and a Watch Officer with Flak gunner qualification. The "meter" on the Flak section on the crew display was full.

Here goes:
Single 2cm C30 - Cyclic:240rpm Practical:~120rpm
Twin 2cm C30 - Cyclic:480rpm Pracitcal:~240rpm
Comments:Cyclic rates of fire were 280rpm per gun and practical was 120rpm per gun IRL(according to http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_20mm-65_c30.htm (http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_20mm-65_c30.htm) )

Single 2cm C38 - Cyclic:~400rpm Practical:~220rpm
Twin 2cm C38 - Cyclic:~600-685rpm
Practical:~400rpm
Quadruple 2cm C38(Flakvierling) - Cyclic:~480rpm
Practical:~285rpm
Comments:Cyclic rates of fire were 480rpm per gun and practical was 220rpm per gun IRL(according to http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_20mm-65_c30.htm (http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_20mm-65_c30.htm) )
When i tested the 2cm C38 Flakvierling i fired 160 rounds, reloaded once and fired another 160 rounds. This took about 67 seconds. I can't stress enough what a big disappointment this is, the cyclic RoF should be a staggering 1920rpm(4x480rpm), and with current reload time(~27sec)this would give a practical RoF of about 350rpm. According to above link the practical RoF should be 880rpm(4x220). So it seems like both cyclic RoF and reload time is messed up. As you can see the twin 2cm C38 has a better cyclic and practical RoF in game, the twin 2cm C30 has the same cyclic but only slightly less pracitcal RoF.

Single 3,7cm C30:13/20rpm.
Comments:I tested this one twice, with two quite different results. Should be 30rpm(both according to the in game description and http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_37mm-83_skc30.htm (http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_37mm-83_skc30.htm) ). This seems like a really bad AA weapon to me, unless you're an expert Flak sniper i'd say a single 2cm C30 would be much better.

Single 3,7cm M42:Cyclic/Pracitcal(the same):~220rpm. 250rpm IRL according to http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_37mm-69_mk42.htm (http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNGER_37mm-69_mk42.htm).
Twin 3,7cm M42:Cyclic/Practical(the same):~375rpm.Should be 500rpm.

Comments:The reason that the cyclic and practical rates of fire are the same is that since they're fed by 5 round clips, they can be quickly reloaded(or maybe even "topped up" when rounds are left in the old clip). So i guess the only time they'll have to stop firing is when they run out of ammo or get overheated.

Does anyone have the skills/time/will to create a mod that brings in game RoF's(cyclic as well as practical)to IRL levels?
