Where did you get the lit ships mod? I've been looking for a while and can't find it.
Nice shots.

They are not a mod as a whole but individual ships

Just press Esc and End Mission within a certain distance to supply ship then dock at **** just the same as you would for home port
Well the feast was there but the merc crew too busy rearming and fuelling my boat :rotfl: :rotfl:

IIRC I put some pointers about how to add them to Rosters in the C2 download
You will also have to change the .scr and .rnd to see them properly
Its a lot of work adding them to nations which switch from neutral to Allied\Axis
Maybe your best bet is to add them to the purely neutral countries - the ones that stay neutral throughout the war
Its a lot less work believe me
Im hopefull they will all be included in the next GWX
Thanks for the tips. I was just reading through your pointers. Looks like a lot of work but fairly straightforward. Any traps for young players I should know about? Did you use anything special to edit the RND files or just a plain old editor?

Plain old notepad
Usual rules apply - always back up your original in case of error - the slightest thing wrong in the rnd and scr will lead to CTD
And only carry this out when in port - never mid patrol

Thanks again. I've just finished configuring a few countries and can see them all in the Museum. I'm one happy puppy. Now to add some to the ports and single ships (don't really want to see them in convoy as I don't think it would be very reaslistic) to see what I can see.
BTW they look fantastic thanks a bunch Anvart!

OK I've got my Lit ships showing in the Museum and have had a look at the RND and SCR files, but am unsure how and where I put the new ship names to keep them out of convoys but in Harbours like your Vigo scrnshts. You're examples show how to add them to the RND which from what I can see puts them in convoys only. I'm confused:doh:
Ah I've found some of the scripted boats and have changed them to lit. Still not sure of the RND locations though.

Here is the GW.rnd with no lit ships in convoys - hopefully :rotfl:
There are still neutrals in convoys but they are unlit ;)

Back up your current .rnd and put this one in its place
Make sure you are back in port before doing
Regards the .scr layer
The GW.scr has 8 convoys in ( 88,92,93,97,and 99 thru 102 ) all Italian
The stock .scr has none

Much obliged BBW. I'll give it a go and see if I can see the lights!
Hey everybody, this is my first post.
I think that the spanish flag used in GW is not historicaly correct. The flag used by Franco's Spain during 1939-1945 was this one (with the eagle):

Source: http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/es1938.html
Anyway, just thank the GW team and the other mod developers for their great work!

Speaking of eye candy, last nite on a GW campaign mission I passed within 3000m of a Rose Castle Ore Carrier, but the seas were too rough for my deck gun and I was totally out of torpedos. So I couldn't do anything.
Then 2 minutes later SIX JU88 bombers come swooping in and do multiple strafing runs on it!! Bombs hitting the water, splashes everywhere. It was great! :) They didn't sink it, but I was really impressed to see something like that.
